I want everyone who visits Lashes by Lis to feel welcomed and well cared for. I’ll always do my best to meet your needs, and in return, I ask that you please follow the policies I’ve put in place to help ensure a smooth and positive visit for us both.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours result in a $40 cancellation fee.
Late Policy
Please be on time. There is 10 10-minute grace period. After 20 minutes or more, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
Foreign Fill Policy
For the health of your natural lashes and to ensure the best, most consistent results, I no longer offer foreign fills. If you currently have extensions from another artist, we'll begin with a gentle removal and then schedule a fresh new set when you're ready.
This approach allows me to care for your lashes safely and give you the quality and comfort you deserve. If a fill is booked while wearing work from another artist, the appointment will simply be adjusted to a removal.
